Karu Tech builds and supports the systems an operation uses every day: what arrives by message becomes an order or a ticket with an owner; what depended on someone remembering starts happening on its own; the data that lived in a spreadsheet gets a model and a history of its own.

Engineers by training, an engineering method: discovery with the people who run the operation, scope in writing, acceptance testing, an assisted cutover, and support under contract.

Karu comes from mandacaru, the cactus of the Brazilian backlands: it does a lot with little, it lasts, and it flowers at night. The work shows up when nobody is watching. The mark is the flower above the baseline: nothing exists below the line.
